仙珍骨宝对去卵巢大鼠胫骨组织形态的影响

摘　　要：目的观察仙珍骨宝对去卵巢大鼠胫骨组织形态的影响。方法 3月龄雌性SD大鼠60只,随机分为假手术组、去卵巢组、乙烯雌酚组及仙珍骨宝低、中、高剂量组。假手术组和去卵巢组作生理盐水灌胃,余组灌入乙烯雌酚和不同剂量仙珍骨宝。90d后处死大鼠,取胫骨制成不脱钙骨切片,行骨组织形态计量学测量。结果与去卵巢组比较,低、中剂量仙珍骨宝组骨小梁面积百分数明显增加,而骨小梁分离骨度明显减少(P<0.05)。结论低、中剂量仙珍骨宝对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松有一定防治作用。Objective To observe the effect of Xianzhengubao on tibial histomorphology in ovariectomized （OVX） rats. Methods Sixty 3-month old female SD mrs were randomly divided into sham, OVX, diethylstilbestrol （DES）, and low, moderate and high dose XianT.hengubao groups. Sham and OVX groups received intragastric normal saline, while the others accepted intmgastric administration of DES and different dose XianT.hengubao. A11 rats were sacrificed 90 days post treament, and then the undecalcified tibial sections were examined by bone histomorphometry. Results Compared with OVX group, trabecular area percentage increased, whereas trabecular bone of separation decreased in low and moderate dose Xianzhengubao groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low and moderate dose Xianzhengubao can be useful for prevention of osteoporosis in OVX rats.
