摘 要:在磷酸介质和加热条件下,钌(Ⅲ)对高碘酸钾氧化耐尔蓝(NB)有强催化作用,详细研究了动力学条件,建立了动力学光度测定钌的新方法,1g(A0/A)与CRu(Ⅲ)呈线性关系的范围为0.008~1.2ug/L,检出限为0.008rg/L,对0.008和0.8ug/LRu(Ⅲ)测定的RSD分别为14.30%6和1.73(n=11 )。本催化反应对Ru(Ⅲ)、NB和KIO4为一级反应,表观活化能为73.A kinetic method for the determination of trace ruthenium based on its catalysis to the oxidation of Nile blue (NB) by periodat in the H_3PO_4 medium and hot water bath is established. The Linear relation betwen the log(Ao/A) and the concentration for Ru(Ⅲ ) is foun to be0.008~ 1 .2 μg/L, and the detection limit is 0.008 μ/L of Ru(Ⅲ ). The relative standard deviation for 11 replicate measurements of 0.008 and 0. 8 μg/ of Ru(Ⅲ ) is 14. 3% and 1. 7%, repectively. The catalytic reaction is first-order in Ru(Ⅲ ), NB and KIO_4 and the apparent activation energy of catalytic reaction is found to be 73 .43 kJ/mol. The reaction mechanium is also discussed. The interference over 40 foreign ions were tested. There was no interference form 13-fold amount of Os(Ⅷ ), 30-fold amount of Ir(Ⅳ ),60-fold amount amount of Au(Ⅲ ), Rh(Ⅲ ) and 400-fold of Pt(Ⅳ) and Pd(Ⅱ ). The method has been applied to the determination of trace ruthenium in some ores and metallurgical products with satisfactory result.
