摘　　要：回顾中国热带农业科学院橡胶研究所公益性科研院所基本科研业务费专项资金项目"十一五"期间取得的成效,分析存在的问题,并针对存在问题提出相应的管理措施,最后,为充分发挥专项作用,提出几点建议,供上级主管部门参考。This paper reviews the achievements made under the support of Fundamental Research Funds for Rubber Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agriculture Sciences during the ＂llth Five Year Plan＂. Then, problems were analyzed and the control measures were proposed. Finally, in order to exploit fully the funds of the project, suggestions on how to better manage tile funds were proposed for higher authority.
