摘  要:目的探讨银杏叶对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤后Nogo-A表达的影响。方法72只7d龄SD大鼠随机分为银杏叶治疗组、对照组和假手术组,应用免疫组化的方法观察银杏叶对脑组织Nogo-A表达的影响。结果脑组织Nogo-A的表达在对照组和银杏叶治疗组3d开始增高,21d达到最高峰,对照组增高幅度最大,其平均光密度值与假手术组和银杏叶治疗组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论Nogo-A在HIBD后表达增高,可能抑制了中枢神经系统的再生;银杏叶治疗后可减少脑组织Nogo-A的表达,使其对神经细胞再生的抑制作用减弱。Objective To study the effects of ginkgo biloba extract on expression of Nogo-A in the neonatal rat brain tissue after hypoxia ischemic brain damage (HIBD). Methods 72 neonatal SD rats were divided randomly into three groups which were ginkgo biloba extract group , controlled group and sham-operated group. Immunohistochemistry method was used to measure the expressions of No- go-A after in the neonatal rat brain tissue after hypoxia ischemic brain damage. ResultsThe expression of Nogo-A in the neonatal rat brain tissue in ginkgo biloba extract group and controlled group increased at 3 d after hypoxia ischemic brain damage and reached the highest level at 21 day. The corrected optb cal density(COD) value of controlled group was significantly higher than that of the sham-operation group and ginkgo biloba extract group(P〈0. 05).
