摘 要:采用水热合成法,在堇青石蜂窝陶瓷载体上原位合成了ZSM5 沸石和Anacime 沸石,并用XRD和SEM 等技术进行了表征. 结果表明,当改变合成条件时,在堇青石表面可分别生长出厚度为30 ~40 μm 的ZSM5 沸石和厚度为30 ~180 μm 的Anacime 沸石. 随着凝胶中SiO2/Al2O3 比的增大和含水量的减少,在堇青石蜂窝陶瓷上生长的分子筛的量也增加.ZSM 5 and Anacime zeolites were respectively synthesized on the surface of a monolithic ceramic substrate composed of cordierite by employing hydrothermal processing, and characterized by XRD and SEM techniques. The results show that ZSM 5 zeolite layer with a thickness of 30~40 μm and Anacime layer of 30~180 μm have been grown on the surface of cordierite, respectively. Synthetic conditions under which ZSM 5 layers were grown on the substrate were also investigated. It has been found that the amount of ZSM 5 zeolite grown on the substrate increases with the molar ratio of SiO 2/Al 2O 3, as well as the molar ratio of SiO 2/H 2O in the gel. Three types of templates, such as N butylamine, tripropylamine and a mixture of ethylenediamine and triethylamine were used to promote the formation of ZSM 5 layer on the cordierite substrate.
