摘  要:采用自组装的方法在铜片表面制备了γ-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷的单分子膜,并利用金相显微镜及粗糙度测定仪观察自组装分子膜的表面形貌,利用电化学工作站评价了自组装分子膜对铜片的缓蚀性能。结果表明:自组装分子膜对铜片具有一定的修饰作用,修饰效果与时间呈正相关;γ-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷自组装膜对铜片具有一定的缓蚀性能,其缓蚀性能与成膜的效果有关,均匀致密的自组装膜对铜片有良好的缓蚀性能。Self-assembled monolayer of γ-mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane was fabricated on the surface of copper.The thin films were observed by metallography microscope and roughness instrument.Electrochemical workstation was used to evaluate the self-assembled monolayer for the copper's corrosion inhibition performance.The results indicated that self-assmbled monolayer has a certain modification effects for copper.The effect was positively correlated with the time.The self-assmbled monolayer of γ-mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilance has a certain corrosion inhibition performance for copper.The corrosion inhibition effect of the copper was related to the thin films.The uniform and dense self-assembled monolayer of copper has a good corrosion inhibition.
