糖尿病肾病与8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨DNA氧化损伤标志物血清8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸(8-Hydroxy-guanin,8-OHdG)与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附剂测定(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)法测定71例糖尿病肾病患者、73例2型糖尿病患者及47例正常对照的血清8-OHdG水平,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)法测定糖尿病肾病患者24h微量尿白蛋白定量。结果①糖尿病肾病组8-OHdG水平明显高于糖尿病组(P<0.01),而糖尿病组又明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);②大量蛋白尿组8-OHdG水平明显高于微量蛋白尿组(P<0.05);③糖尿病肾病糖化血红蛋白>10(%)患者的8-OHdG水平明显高于糖化血红蛋白<7(%)患者(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病与8-OHdG水平呈正相关,病情与氧化应激有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the DNA damage mark（8-Hydroxy-guanin,8-OHdG） and diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods Serum 8-OHdG levels in 71 DN patients,73 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（DM） and 47 normal control subjects,and the 24-hour urinary protein（UAER） of the DN patients were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results ①The levels of serum 8-OhdG in DN patients were significantly higher than those type 2 DM patients（P〈0.01）,which were significantly higher than normal controls（P〈0.05）.②The levels of serum 8-OhdG in DN patients with macroalbuminuria urine were higher than those with microalbuminuria urine（P〈0.05）.③The levels of serum 8-OhdG in DN patients with 10% hemoglobin A1c（HbA1c） were higher than those with 7% HbA1c（P〈0.05）.Conclusion DN is related with oxidative stress.
