摘 要:目的了解高原环境条件人附红细胞体的感染状况及人附红细胞体病的治疗效果。方法用常规涂片、固定、染色、镜检方法检测了西藏7地(市)不同人群、不同年龄、不同民族的血样3214份及23例住院附红细胞体病患者血样或骨髓标本中的附红细胞体。结果 3214份标本附红细胞体总感染率为3.2%,男性、女性附红细胞体感染率分别为3.3%(58/1768)和3.1%(45/1446),男性高于女性,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。23例附红细胞体病患者均有贫血、发热、黄疸、疲劳、出汗等临床症状。红细胞、血红蛋白降低、网织红细胞升高,白细胞正常或轻度升高,血小板正常或降低,谷丙转氨酶轻度或中度升高。以流行病学、实验室检查及临床表现明确诊断,经用四环素或庆大霉素等治疗效果明显。结论高原环境条件下人附红细胞体的感染率较平原低与高原环境有关,明确诊断、积极治疗与预防,对降低人附红细胞体的感染率及人附红细胞体病的发病率具有积极作用。Objective To understand the infection and therapeutic efficacy of the eperythrozoonsis in people living in the altiplano.Methods The epreythrozoon in the capillary blood and bone marrow were smeared,fixed,dyed and tested under microscope in 3214 subjects from different crowds,with different ages and nations in 7 regions of Tibet and 23 inhospital patients with epreythrozoonsis.Results The eperythrozoonsis infection rate was 3.2% in 3214 samples,3.3%(58/1768) in males and 3.1%(45/1446) in females.The infection rate of the males was higher than that of the females but not significantly(P0.05).All 23 eperythrozoonsis patients had the symptoms including anaemia,fever,jaundice,fatigue,perspiration,etc.Their erythrocyte and haemoglobin was decreased,reticulocyte decreased,leukocyte normal or lightly increased,thrombocyte normal or decreased,alanine aminotransferase lightly or mildly increased.All eperythrozoonsis patients were diagnosed by epidemiology,laboratory examination and clinical manisfestions and healed after tetracycline or gentamicin treatment.Conclusion The infection rate of epreythrozoon in the altiplano is lower than that in the plain,which is related to the high altitude circumstance.Identified diagnosis,positive treatment and prophylaxis can efficiently degrade the infection rate and incidence rate of eperythrozoonsis.
