摘 要:在简化及限制的实验条件下,提出了一套界面张力的简化推算方法,通过计算证实了采用该简化算法所得界面张力可较为准确地预测丙苯体系复合乳胶粒子的热力学平衡形态.并且根据性能要求,通过界面自由能变化最小的热力学判据对核壳型聚丙烯酸丁酯/ 聚( 苯乙烯甲基丙烯酸甲酯) 复合乳胶粒子进行形态设计,采用种子半连续乳液聚合法制备复合乳胶,利用电镜对设计粒子的最终核壳形态进行了证实.A simple method of calculating the interfacial tensions was given under the simplified and restricted experimental conditions. Comparing the results of calculation with that of the literature reports, it was proved by calculation that the thermodynamically preferred morphology of the poly(acrylate\|styrene) composite latex could be predicted exactly by using the interfacial tensions calculated by the above method. According to the required properties of the material, the morphology of poly(buty acrylate)/poly(styrene\|methyl methacrylate) core/shell latex was designed by the principle of minimum interfacial free energy change. The composite latex was prepared by seeded semi\|continuous emulsion polymerization. The final equilibrium core/shell morphology of the well\|designed latex was confirmed by transmission electron microscope.
