摘  要:采用超声波辅助连续萃取的方法,以120#汽油和苯的混合物作为萃取液,萃取聚氨酯涂料甲组分中的游离二异氰酸酯(TDI)。并用响应面法建立回归方程对萃取工艺进行优化,研究结果表明:在超声波功率为200W、萃取温度为85℃、萃取时间为54min、萃取液用量为4.8∶1的条件下,萃取后涂料中游离TDI的含量为0.503%,比相同工艺条件下无超声波辅助萃取的降低了0.443%。Free diisocyanate(TDI) was successive extracted from the component A of polyurethane coating by assisted with ultrasonic,and taking the mixture of 120# gasoline and benzene as the extract liquor.A quadratic regression models was founded and the process was analyzed by response surface methodology.The results show that after extracted the content of free TDI was 0.503% as the ultrasonic power was 200W,extraction temperature was 85°C,the extraction time was 54 min and dosage of extraction solution was 4.8∶1.The content of TDI had decreased 0.425% without ultrasonic-assisted extraction.
