摘  要:以山茱萸果核为原料,采用氯化锌活化法制备山茱萸果核活性炭,探讨了氯化锌活化剂溶液浓度、液料质量比、超声波浸渍时间、活化温度和活化时间对吸附剂吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,氯化锌活化法制备山茱萸果核活性炭的最佳工艺条件为:氯化锌溶液质量分数为50%、液料质量比为3.0∶1、超声波浸渍时间4h、活化温度600℃、活化时间120min。所得山茱萸果核活性炭的得率为33.8%,碘吸附值为1180.8mg/g,达到了GB/T 13803.2—1999中一级品标准。By taking Cornus officinalis fruit core as raw material,and using zinc chloride activation,the activated carbon from Cornus officinalis fruit core were prepared.The effects of zinc chloride concentration,mass ratio of solvent to material,dip time,ctivation temperature and activation time on the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent were studied.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: zinc chloride mass concentration 50 %,mass ratio of solvent to material ratio 3.0∶1,dip time 4 h,activation temperature 600 ℃,activation time 180 min.The yield of the adsorbent was 33.8 %,and the iodine value was 1180.8 mg/g,which can meet the requirements of the first grade product standard of GB/T 13803.2—1999.
