摘  要:预防性养护措施选择是预防性养护的关键问题,属于多目标、多因素、多层次的复杂决策问题。在全面分析各影响因素和技术对策的基础上,综合运用专家打分法、区间数学理论、层次分析法、区间关联分析法,建立了预养护措施决策的区间关联模糊决策方法。首先建立预养护多层次模糊决策模型,通过专家打分法确定评价指标区间属性值,根据区间判断矩阵得出各评价指标和影响因素的区间数权向量;对评价模型进行层次分析和区间关联分析,最后得出各预养护措施的隶属度,进而排序。以上海某高速公路为例,运用该方法对各预养护措施进行优选,并与其它方法计算结果进行对比,结果表明该方法合理可行,且对预养护措施的优劣有较好的区分度。The choice of pavement preventive maintenance measure is a multi-objective,multi-factor and multi-level complex problem.Based on analysing effect factors and technology countermeasures,an interval relation fuzzy decision-making method for the preventive maintain measure was set up,by comprehensively applying delfei method,interval mathematics theory,analytic hierarchy process and interval relative analysis method.The hierarchy of decision-making index system was put forward firstly,the interval weight vectors of both evaluation index and factors were calculated after building the interval judgment matrix.At last,preventive maintenance measures were listed in order of excellence by interval relation analyses method.Taking one freeway in Shanghai as example,the preventive maintenance measures were listed in order of excellence by the method above,and the findings showed that the method recommended in the paper is feasible and the findings also has better distinguish degree compared with the result calculated by other methods.
