92例肝包虫病人围手术期的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨肝包虫病人围手术期的护理措施。方法:对92例肝包虫病人行手术治疗,术前做好病人的心理护理及手术准备;术中严防囊液外溢,做好消毒处理;术后密切监护病人,做好腹腔引流管的护理;加强出院指导,注意个人卫生,切断包虫病的传染环节。结果:本组病人行手术治疗获成功,无死亡病例,随访1～3年,2例原位复发。结论:对肝包虫病人围手术期实施有效的护理措施,是减少术后并发症,促进病人早日康复的关键。Objective： To explore the nursing intervention of 92 patients of hepatic hydatidosis in peri - operation. Methods： 92 patients of hepatic hydatidosis had accepted the surgical treatment. Before the operation, we must make the patient＇s mental nursing and preoperative preparation well. During the opelation, the hydatid fluid must be prevent to overflow, and the sterilization treatments must be performed well; After the operation, we most monitor the patients rigorously, the nursing of abdominal cavity drainage - tube must be performed well. To enhance discharge guide, and to be attention personal hygiene, and to cot off infection of hydatidosis. Results： The surgical treatment of these patients were successful, and there were no death eases. After follow - up from 1 to 3 years, 2 patients had recurrence in site. Conclusion ： The effective nursing of patients of hepatic hydatidosis in peri - operation was importaut point to decease postoperative complications and help rehabilitation of patients.
