摘  要:目的分析2005~2010年江苏省南京市血吸虫病疫情,评价综合治理成效,为制订防控策略提供参考依据。方法收集2005~2010年南京市血吸虫病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果疫情各项指标明显下降。2006年与2005年相比,急性血吸虫病人发病数下降85.71%,2007年后术发生急性血吸虫感染病例,2007年粪检阳性率较2005年下降97.67%,2007年以后粪检阳性率均为0。钉螺面积由2005年的4 644.99hm^2压缩至2010年的2 366.12hm^2,活螺密度下降79.53%,2009年以后感染性钉螺面积降为0。结论通过实施钉螺控制和传染源控制外重的综合防治策略,全市血吸虫病疫情得到了有效控制。Objective To analyze the endemic situation of shcistosomiasis and evaluate the effect of comprehensive control measures in Nangjing City from 2005 to 2010 so as to provide evidence for formulating strategy of further prevention and control of schistosoiniasis. Methods The data of the endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Nanjing City from 2005 to 2010 were collected and analyzed. Results The epidemic monitoring indexes decreased significantly. In 2006, the incidence of acute schistosomiasis decreased by 85.71% compared with 2005. After 2007, there was no acute schistosomiasis patients. In 2007, the infection rates decreased by 96.97% compared with 2005.After 2007, the infection rates was 0. The areas with snails dropped from 4 644.99hm^2 to 2 366.12hm^2 at 5 years. The density of living snails reduced by 79.53%. After 2009, the areas with infected snails was 0. Conclusion The endemic situation of schistosomiasis has been effectively controlled by the comprehensive control measures with snail control and infectious sources control as predominance for schistosomiasis control in Nanjing City.
