摘 要:目的 了解2005~2010年某市儿童中流感的流行趋势与病原学特征,为其防控提供科学依据.方法 按《全国流感/人禽流感监测实施方案(2005~2010)》采集儿童流感样病例鼻咽拭子及进行流感病毒分离与型别鉴定,分析其流感监测资料和病原学数据.结果 2005~2010年某市儿童流感样病例数量各年整体呈上升趋势(x2趋势=42097.04,P<0.05);流感总检出率为8.77%,2~4月和7~9月为流行高峰,常存在多种亚型混合流行,各年龄段检出率随年龄增加有上升趋势(x2趋势=28.37,P<0.05).结论 某市儿童中流感活动具季节性,针对不同年龄阶段应加强不同的防控方式与力度.Objective To understand the epidemiological tendency and etiologic characteristics of inttuenza viruses in children from 2005 to 2010 in a city, so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control. Methods According to "National Surveillance Program for Influenza/Avian Influenza(2005-2010)" influenza viruses were isolated from the nasopharyngeal swabs of influenza like illness in children by cell culture, and identified by hemaggutination inhibition test. The acquired data were analyzed later. Results The case of children's influenza like illnesses in the outpatients and emergency patients took a upwards tendency from 2005 to 2010 (X^2=42 097.04, P〈0.05). The influenza detection rate was 8.77%. The epidemic peaks appeared from February to April and from July to September, and more than a subtype existed each year. The influenza detection rates appeared a rising tendency with age added (X^2=28.37, P〈0.05). Conclusion Influenza showed seasonal activity in children. Different measures and strength should be applied to prevent and control influenza in different age groups.
