鲑鱼降钙素预防老年性骨质疏松患者发生胸腰椎压缩性骨折的研究

摘　　要：目的研究鲑鱼降钙素在老年性骨质疏松治疗中对胸腰椎骨折的预防作用。方法 84例老年性骨质疏松患者,随机分成A,B两组,其中A组肌注鲑鱼降钙素和口服钙剂3个月,B组口服钙剂3个月;之后3年间每月随诊并行胸腰椎X线检查,统计A,B两组发生胸腰椎压缩性骨折的例数。结果 64人得到随诊,其中A组34例,发生骨折为6例;B组30例,发生骨折为12例;经皮尔逊卡方检验,两组间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素能有效预防老年性骨质疏松患者发生胸腰椎压缩性骨折,并能有效缓解骨质疏松引起的胸腰背部疼痛,安全性好。Objective To research on the preventive function of salmon calcitonin in thoracolumbar fractures during treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods The study accumulated 84 cases of senile osteoporosis who were randomly divided into group A and group B, wherein group A was intramuscularly injected with salmon calcitonin and orally took calcium for three months, group B only orally took calcium for 3 months; the patients were followed up each month during later three years with the use of X-ray examination, and the case numbers of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in group A and group B were obtained. Results Sixty-four cases were followed up, including 34 cases in group A with 6 cases of fracture, and 30 cases in group B with 12 cases of fracture; and the two groups had prominent differences by Pierxunka-square tes. （P0.05）.Conclusions A valid preventive effects of salmon calcitonin on compression fracture of thoracic and lumbar vertebra in patients with osteoporosis were validated;Salmon calcitonin can releave bone pain of thoracic and lumbar vertebra effectively and safely,which is caused by Osteoporosis.
