摘　　要：讲述计算机辅助有机合成设计系统NKCAOS所用的化学反应知识库的建立及其组织方法。This paper describe a organic chemistry reaction knowledge base was built which contains empirical organic synthesis transform and corresponding rule. Structural transformation and structure characteristic of product of reaction are recognized automatically. The index of knowledge base comes from the structure characteristic and general reaction rule.
