短袢JICD术与短袢Roux-Y术在治疗肝胆管结石并狭窄中的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨短袢JICD术与短袢Roux-Y术在治疗肝胆管结石并狭窄的效果。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析收治的肝胆管结石并狭窄患者80例临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为短袢JICD术组40例与短袢Roux-Y术组40例。结果:短袢JICD术组临床治疗优良率明显高于短袢Roux-Y术组,短袢JICD术组术后残石率、复发率、术后并发症发生率均明显低于短袢Roux-Y术组,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论:短袢J ICD术治疗肝胆管结石并狭窄患者临床疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach the results of curing hepatic calculus union angusty by short fillet JICD operation and short fillet Roux-Y operation.Method To retrospective analyze 80 cases′ clinical data of hepatic calculus union angusty in our hospital,which was to be divided into short fillet JICD operation group（40 cases） and short fillet Roux-Y operation group（40 cases）.Results The clinical fineness rate of short fillet JICD operation group was higher than short fillet Roux-Y operation group,the heartless calculus rate,recurrence rate,postoperative complications of short fillet JICD operation group were lower than short fillet Roux-Y operation group（P0.05）,the difference were statistical significant.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of curing hepatic calculus union angusty by short fillet JICD operation is obvious,which is to be used.
