摘　　要：目的:观察应用3L粘贴手术巾固定小儿头皮静脉针的临床效果。方法:将200例输液患儿随机分成试验组和对照组,各100例,试验组采用3L粘贴手术巾来固定头皮静脉针,对照组用传统的橡皮膏固定。结果:应用3L粘贴手术巾固定小儿头皮静脉针临床效果明显优于传统的橡皮膏。结论:3L粘贴手术巾固定小儿头皮静脉针操作方法简单且易固定,患儿家属满意度提高,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of 3L paste operation towel fixing infantile scalp intravenous needle.Method Total 200 cases of transfusion children were divided into two groups randomly,100 cases of the experimental group and 100 cases in the control group.The experimental group was used 3L paste operation towel to fixed scalp intravenous needle,the control group used the traditional plaster.Results The application of 3L paste operation towel fixed infantile scalp intravenous needle showed better curative effect than the traditional plaster.Conclusion 3L paste operation towel fixing infantile scalp intravenous needle with advantages of the operation is simple,easy to be fixed,family satisfaction is high,and is worth popularizing.
