异型钢板加植骨治疗跟骨骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨跟骨关节内骨折手术切开复位及植骨的治疗方法及其疗效。方法随访2008年8月～2011年2月采用手术切开复位、异形钢板内固定加植骨治疗SandersⅡ～Ⅳ型跟骨骨折35例38足,其中Ⅱ型7足,Ⅲ型26足,Ⅳ型5足。术后随访8～36个月,平均15±9个月。结果疗效评定标准采用Maryland足部评分系统,评价效果,优27足,良7足,可4足,优良率为89.5%;早期伤口皮缘坏死10足,发生率占26.3%。结论异型钢板加植骨治疗累及距下关节面的跟骨骨折疗效确切,但须注意切口皮瓣并发症。Objective To study the methods and their efficacy of intraarticular caleaneal frac tures treated with open reduction and bone grafting. Methods Followup August 2008 February 2011 using surgical open reduction, internal fixation and bone graft shaped treatment Sanders Ⅱ IV type calcaneal fracture 35 cases of 38 feet, 7 feet which typeⅡ , m in 26 feet, IV in 5 feet. Patients were followed up8 to 36 months, an average of 15±9 months. Results The evaluation criterion used by the Maryland Foot Score, evaluation of the results, excellent in 27 feet, good in 7 feet, general in 4 feet, good 89.5% ; early wound 10 feet of skin flap necrosis, the occurrence rate of 26.3 %. Conclusions It is effective of involving the subtalar joint surface of the calcaneus fracture treated with shaped plate and bone grafting, but it should be noted that the incision flaps complications.
