杂种紫杉西科斯和欧洲紫杉夏日金的扦插繁殖

摘　　要：杂种紫杉西科斯和欧洲紫杉夏日金为从比利时引进北京的矮生彩色针叶树。为保持其原有观赏性状,并迅速扩大苗木数量,对其扦插繁殖技术进行研究。研究了扦插基质、IBA浓度、插穗位置及不同MS营养液浓度对杂种紫杉西科斯和欧洲紫杉夏日金扦插生根的影响。结果表明,珍珠岩为适宜的扦插基质,400mg.L-1为最佳的IBA浓度。杂种紫杉西科斯的上部插穗生根表现优于中下部插穗,喷施1/4MS营养液能促进其生根。欧洲紫杉夏日金扦插生根困难,下部插穗生根好于中上部,喷施1/4MS和1/8MS营养液均可显著促进插穗生根。Taxus × media ＇Hicksii＇ and T.baccta ＇Summergold＇ with a slow growth rate and yellow leaves were introduced from Belgium to Beijing.In order to keep their outstanding features and increase the number of plants,the cuttage technology of them was studied.The effects of substrates,different concentrations of IBA,cuttings of different positions and different concentrations of MS nutrition solution on rooting of Taxus×media ＇Hicksii＇ and T.baccta ＇Summergold＇ were studied in this paper.The results showed that perlite was the suitable substrate,and the optimum concentration of IBA was 400mg·L-1.The cuttings collected from the upside of T.× media ＇Hicksii＇ rooted better than those from the middle and bottom of the tree,rooting performance was promoted by spraying 1/4MS to the cuttings.Cuttings of T.baccta ＇Summergold＇ were different to root,the rooting performance of cuttings from bottom were better than that from middle and upside of the tree.Rooting was significantly promoted after spraying 1/4MS and 1/2MS.
