摘 要:目的观察铜绿假单胞菌抗菌物质对光滑念珠菌的体外抑菌活性。方法用交叉条带实验方法进行铜绿假单胞菌对52株光滑念珠菌的体外抑制活性的测定。结果铜绿假单胞菌抗菌物质对光滑念珠菌等体外抑菌活性良好,第2、4和6株铜绿假单胞菌对光滑念珠菌的抑制率均为90%以上,发现铜绿假单胞菌产生色素的菌株的抗真菌活性显著优于不产色素的菌株。铜绿假单胞菌抑制光滑念珠菌的生长,主要是铜绿假单胞菌产生的绿脓素(pyocyanin)。结论铜绿假单胞菌产生的抗菌物质对光滑念珠菌具有较强的抗真菌活性,说明铜绿假单胞菌具有广阔的开发前景。Objective To observe in vitro inhibitory activity of antibacterial material of Pseudomonas aeruginosa against Candida glabratas. Methods The in vitro inhibitory activity of antibacterial material of P. aeruginosa against 52 strains of C. glabratas was performed by using the cross-streak assay. Results The in vitro inhibitory activity of antibacterial material of P. aeruginosa against C. glabratas was excellent,and the inhibition rates of No. 2,4,and 6 of P.aeruginosas against C. glabratas were above 90%,and the pigmented strains were found to have stronger antifungal activity than the unpigmented strains. P. aeruginosa inhibited the growth of Candidas, the reason was mainly due to production of pyocyanin. Conclusion Antimicrobial substances of P. aeruginosa against C. glabrata has strong antifungal activity. P. aeruginosa has broad development prospect.
