摘　　要：京哈线秦沈段9个区段实施调度集中后,恢复执行车机联控制度,为避免危及行车安全,对联控地点、联控内容、联控方式、联控时机等方面存在一些问题进行研究解决。After the 9 sections within the Qinhuangdao-Shenyang district of Beijing-Harbin line are put into centralized traffic control,the system of train-station joint control is restored to avoid those factors endangering the safety of train operation.The sites,contents,method,and time of the joint control are dealt with.
