摘  要:为实现无线传感器网络与工业有线网络互联,通过对工业无线网关应用需求的分析,以火电厂化学水超滤系统为背景设计开发了一种基于Zigbee无线通信技术的工业无线网关。介绍了无线网关关键电路的软硬件设计。以C8051F为数据处理核心实现了Zigbee协议向Profibus-Dp现场总线数据格式转换。In order to realize the connection of Wireless Sensor Network with industrial wire network, a wireless gateway, which can be linked to the later, has been developed. After a thoroughgoing analysis of application needs of wireless gateway in the industry and based on Zigbee wireless communication technology, Zigbee wireless gateway in the chemical water uitrafiltration system comes into being. The design principles of both software and hardware in the key circuit are mainly elaborated. Centered on C8051 F, the transformation of data form from Zigbee protocol to Profibus-Dp is achieved.
