摘 要:随着循环流化床锅炉的广泛应用和容量的不断增大,循环流化床锅炉机组的安全、经济运行和锅炉保护系统逻辑优化一直是用户关注的焦点。以内蒙古某工程锅炉保护系统设计优化为例,根据CFB锅炉自身结构特点、燃烧方式,结合已投运CFB锅炉运行、管理经验,对锅炉保护系统功能进行了优化。With the widely being used and its continuously increasing capacity of Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler, the safety, economical operation and the optimization for the protection system of the CFB boiler units have become the focuses of the users. It takes the optimization of design for the protection system of the boiler in a project in Inner Mongolia for example, and gives the optimizing design according to the structural features and combustion mode of the CFB boiler and combining with the operation and management experience in the running boilers, and provides experience for design in the same projects.
