摘 要:研究了铅挤压阻尼器中铅的受力特点,考虑灌铅过程中可能引起阻尼器内部出现的空隙对铅挤压阻尼器滞回曲线的影响,修正了刚塑性模型.使用Deform3D建立了铅挤压阻尼器的有限元模型,在考虑4种不同空隙率条件下,模拟了2种位移幅值的滞回曲线.结果表明:空隙对铅挤压阻尼器挤压力的影响较小,但是对耗能能力的影响较大,由修正刚塑性模型计算得到的阻尼器耗能能力更加合理.The mechanical characteristics of lead in a lead extrusion damper(LED) was studied,and voids within the damper caused by the process of irrigation lead were considered,in which the hysteresis loop of LED was affected significantly.The rigid-plastic model was modified.Finite element model of LED was established by Deform3D software,and meanwhile four different voids were considered separately for simulation.Results show that the extrusion force of lead extrusion damper is less affected by the voidage,but the energy dissipation capacity is affected significantly,and dissipation energy calculated by the modified rigid plastic model is more reasonable.
