摘  要:熔融拉伸法是制备锂离子电池隔膜用聚丙烯多孔膜的主要生产方式,其成孔机理为在聚丙烯的大分子中添加β晶成核剂诱发聚丙烯β晶的形成。聚丙烯β晶含量将影响到隔膜的成孔性能。本文研究了聚丙烯结晶过程中影响β晶含量的因素,结果表明结晶过程中缓慢的降温结晶速度更有利于β晶的形成,聚丙烯隔膜中虽然已无β晶含量,但在重结晶后的二次熔融过程中显示出其潜在的高β晶含量。The polypropylene microporous membrane for separators in Lithium -ion battery can be produced by melt stretch methods. The principle of production is that the β-nucleating agent; polypropylene; content of β-crystal; crystallization rate-nucleating agent additives induce the development of β-crystal of isotactic polypropylene. The content of 6- crystal will effect the performance of polypropylene microporous membrane. The factors of influence on the content of β-crystal of polypropylene polymer is studied in this paper . The result show that the slow crystallization rate is benefit to the development of β-crystal during the crystallization process of polypropylene. The polypropylene separators has the hidder content of β crystal form. It is presented in the second process of melting of DSC analysis.
