摘　　要：太阳能电池银浆是制造太阳能电池的主要原材料,太阳能电池银浆制造技术是高效低成本太阳能电池的关键技术。本文简介了太阳能电池结构,从太阳能电池导电银浆料的作用和性能要求出发,阐述了银浆料中各个组分对导电性能的影响、印刷适应性与导电性能的关系,并分析了国内外银浆料的现状与差异,指出了太阳能银浆料的未来发展趋势。The Silver-pasted electronic paste is the primary material of industrial silicon solar cell. so the preparation technology of the silver-pasted electronic paste plays the key role in the performance for the solar cell. In this paper , the structure of the solar cell was introduced. From the perspective of function and properties of the silver-pasted electronic , several investigations, which focus on the relationship between component and electrical properties, as well as the relationship between screen printing and electrical properties , were discussed. In adation , the current situation and difference at home and abroad , including the future tends about the silver-pasted electronic were described, too.
