摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定养咽合剂中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为DiamonsilC_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸-三乙胺(60:40:0.2:0.2),进样量为10μl,检测波长为274 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温30℃。结果:黄芩苷在2.4～15.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率为101.60%,RSD=0.84%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确、分离效果好,可用于养咽合剂中黄芩苷的含量测定。Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of baicalin in Yangyan mixtures.Method：An HPLC method was applied.The sample was separated on a Diamonsil C_（18）（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）column with methanol-water-phosphoric acid-triethylamine（60：40：0.2：0.2） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^（-1）.The detection wavelength was set at 274 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Result：The linear range of baicalin was 2.4-15.0μg·ml^（-1）（r=0.999 4）with average recovery of 101.60（RSD =0.84%,n =9）.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate with promising separation for the content determination of Yangyan mixtures.
