摘　　要：目的:高效液相色谱法测定女金胶囊中黄芩苷和丹皮酚的含量。方法:色谱柱:Symmetry C_(18)柱(150 mm×3.9 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸(48:52),流速:1 ml·min^(-1);紫外检测波长:276 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10分μl。结果:在4.96～24.80μg和2.60～13.00μg范围内成线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.3%和98.4%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,准确,可作为女金胶囊中黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量的测定方法。Objective：To determine the content of baicalin and paeonolum in N（u｜¨）jin capsules by HPLC.Method：The determination was carried out with a Symmetry C_（18） column（150 mm×3.9 mm,5μm）.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid（48：52） and the flow rate was 1 ml·min^（-1）.The column temperature was 30℃and the detection wavelength was at 276 nm. Result：The content of baicalin and paeonolum could be determined by HPLC.The linear concentration ranges of the compounds were 4.96-24.80μg and 2.60-13.00μg with average recovery of 98.3%and 98.4%,respectively.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate,and can be used in the quality control of Niijin capsules.
