摘　　要：目的了解职业中学学生中乙肝病毒感染情况,为开展学校乙肝防制工作提供参考。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对广州市内3家职业中学二、三年级学生HBsAg进行检测。结果共调查学生9 620名,HBsAg阳性513名,总阳性率为5.33%,男生阳性率为5.88%,女生阳性率为4.74%。结论 2006-2008年间,HBsAg阳性呈下降趋势,但仍应进一步加强对HBsAg阳性者的管理,加强宣传教育,加强乙型肝炎疫苗的接种,降低HBV的感染率和乙型肝炎发病率。Objective To understand the HBV infection status among the vocational school students,thus provide evidences for developing HBV prevention work in school.Method Adopting enzyme-linked immunosorbent test to detect the HBsAg of grade 2 or 3 students of 3 vocational schools.Results Total of 9 620 students were investigated,among them,513 were HBsAg positive,the total positive rate was 5.33%,and the male positive rate was 5.88%,female was4.74%.Conclusions During the last 3 years,the positive rate of HBsAg was decreasing,but we still need to enhance the positive cases management,health education and HBV vaccination,in order to reduce the HBV infection and incidence rate.
