摘 要:目的建立饮用水中14种卤代烃的顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)测定方法。方法水中微量卤代烃经顶空提取(平衡时间为45min,平衡温度为70℃)后,应用HP-5毛细管色谱柱(60m*0.32mm*0.25μm),采用程序升温方式进行GC(ECD)分析,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果 1,1-二氯乙烯、二氯甲烷、反1,2-二氯乙烯、顺1,2-二氯乙烯、三氯甲烷、1,1,1-三氯乙烷、四氯化碳、1,2-二氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、二氯一溴甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷、氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、三溴甲烷检出限为0.01μg/L~3.15μg/L,该方法的平均回收率为92%~110.6%,RSD为2.7%~6.0%。结论该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏,适用于饮用水中14种卤代烃的同时测定,能够满足国标中饮用水的有机物指标要求。Objective To establish a method for determining halogenated hydrocarbon in drinking water with headspace gas chromatography.Method Halogenated hydrocarbon in the water were extracted by headspace technology(equilibrium temperature was 70 ℃,vial equilibrium time was 45 min),application HP-5 capillary column(60m*0.32mm*0.25μm) and determined with GC by temperature programming.Retention time of the peaks was used for qualitative analysis and external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Results The detection limit of 1,1-dichloroethylene,dichloromethane,trans-1,2-dichloroethylene,cis-1,2-dichloroethene,trichloromethane,1,1,1-trichloroethane,carbon tetrachloride,1,2-dichloroethane,trichloroethylene,dichloromomethane,dibromochloromethane,chloroethylene,tetrachloroethylene,tribromomethane were during 0.01μg/L to 3.15μg/L,the average recovery were during 92% to 110.6% and RSDs were 2.7% to 6.0%.Conclusions This method was convenient,rapid,sensitive and applicable to simultaneous determination 14 kinds of halogenated hydrocarbon in the water,and the method accord with the national standard of organic matter in drinking water.
