摘 要:为找出影响姜黄质量的关键性因素,解决姜黄质量不稳定的问题,于不同年份,选取3个姜黄品种在同一种植基地内按固定模式种植,并对种植品种中的姜黄素和挥发油等有效成分进行了分析比较,结果显示,大部分有效成分含量在品种间差异显著,同一姜黄品种在不同的种植年份,品质稍有差异,但品种优势依然存在。说明品种是影响姜黄品质的关键因素,选取优良品种按规范进行栽培,可以保证姜黄的品质。A comparative analysis was done for the active components such as curcuma and volatile oil in 3 curcuma varieties which were planted by the fixed cultivation mode in the same planting base in different years to find out the main factors that affect the curcuma quality, so as to solve the problem that the curcuma quality is unstable. The results indicated that the content of most active components had significant difference between varieties, and the same curcuma in different years showed a slight difference, but its advantages still existed. The variety is the key factor that affects the curcuma quality, therefore, selecting fine variety and planting it according to the regulation can guarantee the curcuma quality.
