摘　　要：1996年美国华裔科学家何大一提出了高效抗逆转录病毒联合疗法（highly antiretroviral thera-py，HAART），包括两种核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂（NRTIs）和一种蛋白酶抑制剂（PIs）或者一种非核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂（NNRTIs）。HAART的应用使得艾滋病的发病率和死亡率大大降低，但随着治疗时间的延长，其耐药性的产生也将不可避免。With the increasing application of the current antiretroviral （ARV） drugs, ARV drug resistance profile has also been gradually expanded. ARV drug resistance testing is critical in the therapeutic management protocol of H1V-1 infection. This review sums up the current ARV drugs, the mechanisms of drug resistance, and currently available assays for the measurement of resistance to ARV drugs and outlines the advantages and limitations of these assays.
