摘　　要：介绍磷肥工业水污染物的环境危害,分析我国现有《磷肥工业水污染物排放标准》和相关国内外水污染物排放标准,结合国家对环境保护的要求和磷肥工业产业政策和水防治技术,对新标准修订的原则、框架及对水污染物指标的选取和排放限值确定进行了分析。新标准实施将有显著的环境效益,可推动磷肥工业可持续发展。The harm of water pollutants from phosphate fertilizer industry pollutants standards in china and in developed countries are analyzed is introduced, the related water Based on the requirements of environment protection, the industry policy and water control technology for phosphate industry, the revision principles, and the framework of the new standard, the selection of water pollution index and determination of emission limits are analyzed.
