摘　　要：湿法磷酸生产中急需一种快速、准确的三氧化硫含量在线分析方法。采用流动注射将磷酸溶液连续注样，间断注入沉淀剂和EDTA清洗剂，分光光度法检测湿法磷酸中三氧化硫含量。结果表明：三氧化硫质量浓度测定的线性范围为40～160mgCL，测定频率为27次m，RSD〈1．0％。本方法能够快速、准确地测定磷酸中三氧化硫含量，同时实现湿法磷酸生产或净化过程中三氧化硫浓度的在线监测。It is urgent to find a kind of rapid and in WPA production. The phosphoric acid solution accurate method of online determining sulfur trioxide is continuously injected with flow injection processing apparatus, precipitating agent and EDTA cleaning agent are also intermittently injected to the system, and the absorbance of sulfur trioxide contents is determined by spectrophotometer. The results show that： the linear range of determination of sulfur trioxide content is from 40 mg/L to 160 mg/L, analysis speeds is 27 samples per hour and the relative standard deviation is less than 1.0%. The sulfur trioxide content of sample can be measured rapidly and accurately by this method, and at the same time the online monitoring of sulfur trioxide content in WPA production or purification press of WPA can be achieved.
