摘 要:随着国内成品油需求的快速增长和环保法规的日趋严格,以清洁化、低排放工艺生产优质成品油成为炼油企业的必然选择。介绍了清洁汽柴油生产方案的优化选择。对于清洁汽油生产,降低成品汽油中硫含量是关键,主要有三个途径:一是对FCC原料进行加氢预处理,通过改善FCC原料性质来降低FCC汽油产品的硫含量;二是对FCC汽油进行脱硫处理;三是适度扩大连续重整装置的加工能力,通过提高重整汽油的调合比例进一步降低汽油产品的硫含量。对新建或改扩建炼油厂的清洁汽油生产方案进行了分析。对于清洁柴油生产,认为目前国内的相关技术及催化剂已经成熟,尤其是加氢技术水平和能力都有了较大提高。21世纪建设的几个千万吨级炼油厂的工业应用结果表明,利用现有技术并将其集成化,完全可以生产满足国Ⅲ和部分满足国Ⅳ排放标准要求的柴油产品。因此,解决柴油质量升级的措施一方面要从优化炼油厂装置结构入手,通过适度建设加氢裂化装置,增产优质柴油;另一方面应加快开发和应用新技术,进一步降低柴油质量的升级成本,提高技术应用水平。With rapid crease in demand for product oils and stricter environmental protection regulations, the production of quality product oils by clean and low-emission processes is a necessity for the refiners. The optimized selection of production schemes for clean gasoline & diesel is introduced. For clean gasoline produc- tion, it is critical to reduce sulfur in product gasoline. There are 3 main process routes: 1. the FCC feed is hydrotreated to reduce sulfur in FCC gasoline by improving FCC feed quality; 2. FCC gasoline is desulfurized; 3. the capacity of CCR units is increased to raise the percentage of reformer gasoline in gasoline pool so as to reduce sulfur in product gasoline. The clean gasoline production schemes of grass-roots refineries and re- vamped or expanded refineries are studied. For clean diesel production, the associated process technologies and catalysts are commercially proven, and hydrogenation technologies and capacities have been greatly im- proved and increased. The operation of several refineries with a capacity of over 10 million tons per year each shows that the application and integration of these technologies can produce product diesels meeting Guo m and part of Guo 1V standard specifications. Therefore, the diesel product should be upgraded by optimization of refinery process units and installation of hydrocraeking units as well as development and application of the state-of-the-art technologies to reduce costs of diesel oil upgrading and elevate technology application level.
