摘 要:为了降低催化裂化装置再生烟气中SOx含量,通过反应机理的研究,研制开发了一种新型的RFS09硫转移剂,将该剂加入到催化裂化催化剂中,可将烟气中SOx以H2S的形式转移到产品气体中。RFS09硫转移剂在催化裂化装置上的工业应用结果表明:当添加2.3%左右的RFS09硫转移剂后,烟气中SOx(SO2+SO3)质量浓度由空白标定的1 041 mg/m3降低到166 mg/m3,转移率达84.1%,使用硫转移剂可显著降低烟气中SOx的排放,有效减轻了再生烟气中SOx对环境的污染,并经后续处理可回收高价值的硫产品,经济效益和社会效益显著。同时该硫转移剂对产物分布和产品理化性质影响不大。由于加入硫转移剂,产品中干气和液化石油气的H2S含量明显增加,且汽油和柴油中的硫占原料硫的比例有所降低,说明烟气中SOx主要转移到反应系统的气相之中。To reduce SOx in flue gas of FCC unit, a new RFS09 sulfur transfer additive has been success fully developed through study of reaction mechanisms. When the additive is added into FCC catalysts, the SOx in the flue gas is transferred to the product gas in the form of H2S. The commercial application in FCC unit of SOx (SO2 + SO3 ) in flue gas is reduced to 166 mg/m3 from 1 041 mg/m3 and sulfur transfer rate is 84.1%. This indicates that, the use of sulfur transfer additive can significantly reduce the SOx emission from flue gas and effectively mitigate the environmental pollution by SOx. In addition, the valuable sulfur can be re covered and both social and economic benefits are apparent. The addition of SOx transfer additive has no im pact on product distribution and product physical and chemical properties. As the result, H2S in dry gas and LPG is increased obviously and sulfur in the gasoline and diesel in ratio of feedstock is decreased, indicating that the SOx in flue gas is mainly transferred to the gas phase of reactor system.
