舒适护理在笑气镇痛人工流产术中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在吸入笑气镇痛的人工流产术患者中的临床效果。方法:280例第1次孕6～8周、拟行人工流产术的计划外怀孕者随机平均分为两组,舒适护理组140例,实施舒适护理;常规护理组140例,实施常规护理。比较两组的镇痛效果。结果:舒适护理组患者镇痛显效时间显著短于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);镇痛有效率显著高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在笑气镇痛人工流产术中实施舒适护理,可使患者从心理上获得安慰感和安全感,提高镇痛效果,从而减轻人工流产术中疼痛。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of comfortable nursing care in in- duced abortion relieved by nitric oxide. Methods ：A total of 280 patients received in- duced abortion with pregnant 6 - 8 weeks for the first time were randomly divided into comfortable nursing care group （140 pa- tients, received comfortable nursing care ） and routine nursing care group （140 patients, received routine nursing care）, the effect of relieved pain of the two groups were compared. Results：The time of relieved pain of comfortable nursing care group was significantly shorter than that of routine nursing care group（ P 〈 0. 01 ） , the effective rate of relieved pain was also higher than that of routine nursing care group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Receiving comfortable nursing care in induced abortion relieved by nitric oxide can make patients achieving feeling of comfort and safety, improves effect of relieving pain, and further lessens pain in induced a- bortion.
