摘　　要：前列腺切除术97例的临床资料。年龄46～92岁,平均67岁。术中和术后并发症:大量出血6例,轻度尿失禁7例,耻骨后隙感染2例,直肠壁损伤1例,术后排尿不畅4例。Modified surprapubic prostactectomy was performed for 97.Cases of benign prostatic hyperpasia.The age of the patients ranged from 46 to 92 with a mean of 67.Se-rious bleeding of 700ml in 1.and retropubic space infection in 2.urinary incontinece in 7.voiding difficulty in 4.prevention and management of the above commplicactions were discussed in detail.
