新生儿出生体重与初产妇年龄的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿出生体重与初产妇年龄的关系。方法回顾分析200例初产妇资料,均为单产,年龄21～44岁,根据年龄分为高龄初产妇组(n=66)和非高龄初产妇组(n=134),并记录每个新生儿出生体重,进行相关性分析。结果 200例新生儿出生体重是(3166.08±507.68)g。高龄初产妇组和非高龄初产妇组新生儿出生体重分别是(3157.08±542.80)g和(3170.52±491.51)g,(P>0.05)差异无统计学意义。结论新生儿出生体重与初产妇年龄无相关性。Objective To discuss the correlation between neonatal birth weight and the age of primiparas.Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 200 primiparas with singleton births ranging in age from 21 to 44 years.They were divided into elderly primiparas group（n=66） and non-elderly primiparas group（n=134） according to the age of primiparas.The birth weight of all the neonatals was recorded for a correlative analysis.Results The mean NBW of all the 200 newborns was（3166.08 507.68）g.The elderly primiparas group had an average NBW of（3157.08 542.80）g and the non-elderly primiparas group（3170.52 491.51）g.There was no significantly statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusions No significant correlation is found between neonatal birth weight and the age of primiparas.
