摘　　要：从2005年开始长期对矿山救护队员进行现场急救技能的培训及训练。根据《美国心脏学会2005年心肺复苏和心血管急救国际指南》及《FIRST RESPONDER》(7th Edition)内容要求,国家矿山医疗救护中心(煤炭总医院)经验丰富的临床医师负责讲课,并指导用CPR模拟人及模拟伤员实际操作演练。5年来分批次直接培训全国24个省、市、自治区的重点60余支矿山救护队中核心成员500余名,再通过这些救护队核心成员进行基层的培训及演练。2006年起在全国矿山救援竞赛中进行现场急救竞赛,本文笔者参与第6～8届现场急救竞赛的裁判工作。竞赛结果表明,第七和第八届竞赛中现场急救扣分均显著低于第六届(P<0.05),但第七、第八届间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实践表明,因大部分矿山救援队队员来自矿工,缺乏医学知识,系统培训非常必要,以点带面的方法行之有效。The regular training on First Aid technology has been held longterm since 2005. The experienced clinical physi cians of the National Mine Emergency Aid Center（ Meitan General Hospital） are responsible for giving lectures and guiding prac tical exercises with manikins and hypothetical wounded persons, based on the American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiac and First Responder（7th Edition）. Care for more than 500 members of more than 60 mine rescue teams from 24 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China for 5 years. And then similar training at grassroots levels has been held with these persons who are to play a core role. Since 2006,3 sessions of National Mine Rescue Competition were held （ 2006, 2008, and 2010）. The authors of this article participated in 3 Sections on First Aid of 3 successive sessions of National Mine Res cue Competition（ Sixth to Eighth）. The results of the competitions showed that the numbers of general deduct marks in First Aid in the Seventh and Eighth Competitions were both less than that in the Sixth Competition （ both P 〈 0.05 ） without significant difference between the results of the latter 2 sessions of competition（ P 〉0.05 ）. The practice showed that since most of the mem bers of the mine rescue teams are from the minors who lack medical knowledge, systematic teaching is necessary, and it is effec tive to use the experience of one point to lead the whole area.
