摘　　要：目的探讨科学合理的设计门诊临床实验室的平面布局及患者检验流程优化,以提高其服务能力和患者的满意度。方法依据行业相关标准,学习国内外临床实验室设计先进经验,按照门诊实验室的功能需求,从改善患者就诊舒适度的角度,充分体现以人为本、沟通无障碍平等式服务的设计理念对门诊实验室的平面布局与流程进行设计。结果改变过去平面布局不合理、窗口设置不科学、流程不顺畅、患者拥挤和满意度低的局面,规划设计了布局科学、流程顺畅、宽敞舒适、人性化的门诊实验室;并且通过科学分区、安全有效的空间隔离和相关生物安全设施的应用,达到控制生物安全之目标。结论作为医患沟通的重要窗口,门诊临床实验室平面布局与流程设计的科学性直接决定了其服务能力和患者的就诊感受。Objective To investigate the layout design of outpatient clinical laboratory and the process optimization of chem ical examination, and to improve our service capability and patient satisfaction. Methods Based on sector standards, studying the design of internal and abroad advanced experience of clinical laboratory, meeting the need of outpatient clinical laboratory~ func tion, to make patient more comfortable and thoroughly to embody the concept, that is the peopleoriented, barrierfree communica tion, equal service, we make a design of the outpatient clinical laboratory layout and process. Results We have changed the sit uation in the past, that is unreasonable layout, unscientific window set, unsmooth process, crowded patient and low satisfaction. Moreover, a completely new outpatient clinical laboratory was designed which has scientific layout, smooth process, spacious and comfortable room and humanization. We also reach the goal of controlling biosafety through scientific partition, safe and effective spatial isolation and the application of relevant biosecurity facility. Conclusion As an important window to communicate doctors and patients, the scientific design of outpatient clinical laboratory layout and process directly determines its service capability and patients＇ reception.
