摘  要:根据双间隙耦合腔等效电路和电磁场理论,设计了加载在谐振腔耦合缝上的调谐结构。建立了加载此调谐结构的谐振腔等效电路模型,通过理论分析得此结构能够对工作在π模式的双间隙耦合腔进行频率调谐,改变重叠模式耦合腔阻抗特性,同时减小对间隙场形的影响。软件模拟与理论分析结果一致,验证了该调谐结构的有效性,为多间隙耦合腔高频电路的研制和进一步展宽速调管输出带宽具有重要的参考意义。The tuning structure loaded on the coupling slot in the two-gap coupled cavity was designed based on the equivalent circuit and electromagnetic field theory. The equivalent circuit was modeled and theoretically analyzed. The tuning structure was also simulated with software package CST. The calculated results show that the structure is capable of tuning the frequency of the two-gap coupled cavity in π mode, and that it changes the impedance characteristics in the overlapped mode, and reduces its impact on the field distribution at the gap. The simulated results, being consistent with the analytical ones, prove that the structure meets with the technical requirements and does a good job. We suggest that the preliminary results may be of much basic interest in development of multi-gap coupled cavity circuit and broad band extended interaction klystron.
