摘　　要：介绍了一种基于PLC位控模块控制的X-Y工作台控制系统。通过采用S7-200可编程控制器,配以EM253位置控制模块实现X-Y工作台的二维运动控制,重点介绍软硬件结构的设计,给出人机界面进行方便的控制和监视。通过此研究,可促进X-Y工作台在工业生产中的广泛应用。This paper introduces a digital control module based on PLC controlled XY table control system. Through the use of Siemens S7- 200 programmable controller, together with the position control module of two-dimensional XY table motion control, and focuses on the design of hardware and software structure, gives the man-machine interface for easy control and monitoring. Through this research, can promote the production of XY table in a wide range of industrial applications.
