摘 要:介绍了木材干燥过程中的含水率的测试系统的电路设计、硬件结构和软件设计。该系统以单片机为核心,用动态补偿的方法来消除系统的零点漂移和温度漂移所引起的误差。经验证,在纤维饱和点以上时,含水率自动测试系统的平均误差小于4%:在纤维饱和点以下时,误差小于2%;在终含水率(14%-9%)范围内误差小于1%。The MC measuring system for.lunber was designed by the authors in the article.The hardware circuit and software design of the system are described in detail.The core of the system is the siglehip.To eliminate zero drift and temperature drift errors,a dynamic compensation method is applied. A test showed that the mean errors of the measured results from this new system was less than 4% above fiber satu ration point, and less than 2% below fiber saturation point, and even lower than 1% around the final MC (14%-9%).
