摘  要:探讨联合补充抗氧化微量营养素对糖尿病大鼠氧化应激和肾功能的作用。以STZ诱导大鼠糖尿病,不同方法补充抗氧化微量营养素6周后,检测血清丙二醛、总抗氧化水平、尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮和24h尿蛋白的含量。结果联合补充VE+VC+Se+Zn可显著逆转糖尿病大鼠的上述生化指标,显著降低糖尿病大鼠之氧化应激,明显改善糖尿病肾病大鼠的肾功能。This article is to study the effects of combined antioxidant micronutients on oxidative stress and kidney function in mice with diabetes mellitus. Streptozotocin-- induced diabetic rats were supplemented with Vitamin E ( VEI, Vitamin C (VC), Zinc(Zn} and Selenium(Se) with different methods for six weeks. Blood glucose, MDA, T-AOC, UA, CR and BUN in Serum, 24h urine protein were examined before and Six weeks after. The supplementlon with VE+VC+Se+Zn can reduce oxidative stress significanty in diabetic rats and improved significantly kidney functions of rats with diabetic ne- phropathy significantly.
