摘　　要：综述西洋参组织培养的研究进展,包括愈伤组织的诱导、细胞悬浮培养、毛状根与冠瘿组织培养及提高有效成分含量的方法等。可以看出,西洋参的组织培养研究还很薄弱,应当借鉴人参组织培养工业化的经验,早日实验西洋参组织培养工业化的目标。In this paper, we reviewed the progress of the tissue culture in Panax quinquefolium, including callus induction, cell suspension culture, hairy root and crown gall tissue culture, as well as the methods to improve the active constituent content. It was found that poor progress had been done in the tissue culture of Panax quinquefolium. The future work should be carried out for the industrial tissue cultivation of Panax quinquefolium by learning the knowledge from industrial tissue cultivation of Panax ginseng.
