摘 要:考虑涡轮增压机组与增压锅炉的配合工作关系,基于热能动力系统通用仿真平台SimuWorks,解决了烟气涡轮和压气机的流体网络解算问题,开发了增压机组与增压锅炉两者联合工作的仿真模型,通过实验数据验证了仿真模型的正确性,在此基础上研究分析了环境温度和锅炉负荷变化等对增压锅炉与涡轮增压机组的稳动态匹配特性的影响。计算结果表明,机组加速动态过程辅助汽轮机需补充的功率远大于稳态工况的功率平衡计算值。本文的仿真结果可为涡轮增压机组与增压锅炉的匹配设计提供参考。We developed simulation models of supercharged boiler and turbincharger unit in SimuWorks simulation software. And the fluent net computation problem of turbine and compressor was especially handled. The simulation model of cooperation relationship between supercharged boiler and turbincharger unit was developed,and the correctness of which was verified through experiment data. And we analyzed the influence of environment temperature and load of boiler to the cooperation relation between supercharged boiler and turbineharger unit. The result shows that the power of auxiliary steam turbine needed during acceleratory process is much bigger than that of steady process. And the result can be used in the cooperation relationship design of supercharged boiler and turbineharger.
