摘  要:鼠疫媒介的防制是鼠疫动物病乃至人间腺鼠疫控制的关键措施之一。在鼠疫流行时,用化学防制有它高效、快速的特点而被采用。在应用中选择高效、低毒、长效及污染小的化学杀虫剂,减少对人及非靶动物的毒性作用,减轻对环境的污染是当务之急。其防制原则要明确鼠疫疫源地的主要媒介,选好灭蚤时机,通常应在鼠疫媒介蚤繁殖季节和鼠疫流行季节之前,同时区别不同场所及不同宿主的寄生蚤,从而制定相应的对策,合理选择杀虫剂的种类和剂量等。Plague vector control is one of the key measures in preventing epizootic plague and even bubonic plague of human beings. During the plague epidemic, chemical control is adopted for its characteristics of high-efficiency and celerity. It is imperative to employ chemical pesticide which is effective, low in toxicity, long-lasting and less in pollution, thereby minimizing the toxic effect on humankind and non-target animals and reducing contamination to the environment. The principles in plague vector control are clarifying the major species of vector in the epidemic plague focus, choosing accurate period for depulization, which normally should be prior to the reproduction season of plague vector fleas as well as the epidemic season of the plague, and differing parasitic fleas according to various places and hosts. On the basis of the aforesaid principles, countermeasures can be taken, including the selection of proper type and dose of pesticide.
